For the health and well-being of our campers and staff, all Firefly Summer Camps this summer season are cancelled. With the recommendations and guidelines set from the governor, CDC and other health organizations, we felt it necessary to cancel the summer camps. We are looking forward to the future with possibilities of Camp Firefly events later in the year. Please continue to watch our Email release, Facebook, Instagram, and website for more information.
 
Our regularly scheduled events are still on hold at the moment. 
Please feel free to come into the store and game casually. 
Currently the tables are labeled with the capacity for players, for social distancing. 
Please keep in mind when you are visiting that we have implemented new procedures and guidelines to protect the health and well-being of the customers and staff during these times.

July 6th-9th: Role Playing Games (D&D) Dungeon Master 
July 13th-16th: Lego
July 13th-16th: Board Games
July 20th-23rd: Pokémon

Each Camp will be Monday through Thursday.
Camp times: 10am to 2pm
Camper Ages: 8 to 16
Cost: $175
A $50 per week non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot in a Summer Camp. The Remaining balance is due at least 2 weeks before the camp start date.
Register your child by May 15th and receive a $25 per camp discount.

Important Camp Information

Registration:
The Registration Form must be completed in its entirety and returned to Firefly Toys and Games no later than two weeks before the camp's start date. A $50 deposit is required when registering. Camps are limited in size. Registration applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is complete on receipt of full payment.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing at Firefly Toys and Games prior to the camp session start date. Full refunds will be granted only if the camp is cancelled. Half refunds will be granted for written requests received two weeks in advance of the camp's start date. No refunds will be granted after the camp's start date. Please allow approximately 30 days for refunds to be processed.

Camp Viability:
If we do not have enough confirmed registrants one week prior to the camp's start date, we will cancel that session. Should this occur, we will contact each registrant no later than Wednesday before the camp begins. If we are forced to cancel a camp, your money will be refunded.

Snacks:
Bottled water will be provided during camp sessions. 
Snack cards can be purchased before camp begins for $5. Camp participants can use the snack cards to purchase other drinks and snacks. 
All drinks must be in sealed containers.

Lunch:
There is the option of purchasing lunch for your child. Cost us $5 per day and includes 2 slices of Pizza, chips, & a drink. You may also send lunch with your child if you wish.

Attire:
Campers should wear comfortable clothing, shoes, and may want a jacket. Campers are responsible for their belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damaged belongings. 

Camper Conduct:
Camps are designed for the enjoyment and benefit of all campers enrolled. With that as the objective, we anticipate that no camper is here who does not want to be here. Should any disciplinary problems occur, we will contact the parent/guardian to pick up their camper. Please do not send any toys, books, cell phones, or other electronic devices with the camper as we cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damages.

Camp Administration: 
Camps will be conducted at Firefly Toys and Games at the times listed above. 
 Doors will open at 10am. Campers must arrive no earlier than 10am.
 Parents/guardians must designate on the Registration Form an authorized individual to drop off/pick up campers if the parents/guardians are unable to do so.
Parents/guardians and/or authorized individuals must walk the campers into the building and sign them in.
Campers must be picked up no later than the scheduled ending time listed above and signed out by the parents/guardians and/or authorized individuals listed on the form. A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes will be charged and payable at that time to the staff person on duty.
