Each Camp will be Monday through Thursday.
Camp times: 10am to 1pm Camper Ages: 8 to 16 Cost: $150 A $50 per camp non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot in a Summer Camp. The remaining balance is due at least 3 weeks before the camp start date. |
Important Camp Information
Registration:
The Registration Form must be completed in its entirety and returned to Firefly Toys and Games no later than two weeks before the camp's start date. A $50 deposit is required when registering. Camps are limited in size. Registration applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is complete on receipt of full payment.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing at Firefly Toys and Games prior to the camp session start date. Full refunds will be granted only if the camp is cancelled. Half refunds will be granted for written requests received two weeks in advance of the camp's start date. No refunds will be granted after the camp's start date. Please allow approximately 30 days for refunds to be processed.
Camp Viability:
If we do not have enough confirmed registrants one week prior to the camp's start date, we will cancel that session. Should this occur, we will contact each registrant no later than Wednesday before the camp begins. If we are forced to cancel a camp, your money will be refunded.
Snacks:
Bottled water will be provided during camp sessions.
Snack cards can be purchased before camp begins for $5. Camp participants can use the snack cards to purchase other drinks and snacks.
All drinks must be in sealed containers.
Attire:
Campers should wear comfortable clothing, shoes, and may want a jacket. Campers are responsible for their belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damaged belongings.
Camper Conduct:
Camps are designed for the enjoyment and benefit of all campers enrolled. With that as the objective, we anticipate that no camper is here who does not want to be here. Should any disciplinary problems occur, we will contact the parent/guardian to pick up their camper. Please do not send any toys, books, cell phones, or other electronic devices with the camper as we cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damages.
